REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS / NSF CHEQUES: Delegates will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee if notification is received in our office via e-mail, fax or telephone message by February 27, 2010. After this date, no refund can be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances supported by written documentation. There will be a charge of $30.00 for an NSF cheque. Please always allow 2 weeks for processing of cheques to avoid this problem.
